So the correct order to get your sound done is:ġ) Install sound driver, 2) Install Soundblaster from CD in Vista compatability mode, 3) Install the patch. You should have a CD labeled Creative Soundblaster X-Fi MB that you need to install from, then once that is installed you can install the patch.

I forced the apps to install in 64 bit folder and then applied the path and it WORKED PERFECTLY FINE.
